Shipping Charge and Time:

Shipping Charge: We provide free shipping on all orders.

Order cut-off time: Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Delivery Time: Handling time + Transit time

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 4-8 business days (Monday to Friday)

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery time from the date of purchase. If an item is delivered, we will inform you immediately and use reasonable efforts to minimize the delay.

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use USPS, DHL, EMS and UPS to deliver your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.

Current US Trade Policy:

Please be aware that shipping times may be impacted by current US Trade and Tariff policies.  We apologize for any delays this may cause but these delays are out of our hands.  

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Undeliverable Packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.

Yes, we do worldwide shipping. For shipping charge information, please check the website checkout page, and you will see your shipping charge there.
