Refund and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

60-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 60 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email customer service at su*****@*********op.com to discuss your return, ensuring that you provide us with the following information:

  • Order number,
  • Order name, and
  • Order address.

Once we have confirmed your return, please send your parcel with a note explaining the situation and your order details, such as the order number, name, and address. This will help us process your refund request quickly.

If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we are not responsible for it, and you may not be eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service to send your returns.

Return Shipping Cost:

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at su*****@*********op.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I want to cancel my order. Can I?

You can cancel an order if it has not been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait for it to arrive before organizing a return. Please note that postage will not be covered once the order has left our warehouse. You’ll have to pay return shipping and no restocking fee.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

*Please be aware that we are not able to control the impact of current US Trade and Tariff Policies.  This may delay the delivery of your product, and therefore, any refunds or returns.  In addition, we cannot offer refunds for delayed shipping, however, all products once received will be still eligible for our refund and exchange policies.
